The Company was jointly incorporated by OES and Ensco with the aim of deploying and operating offshore drilling assets in Nigeria.

OES Energy Services Limited (“OESL”) is the leading and largest indigenous provider of swamp drilling rig services to exploration and production companies operating in Nigeria, with a track record of safe and efficient service delivery. OESL has been providing services to the Nigerian upstream sector for more than 10 years.

OESL is the most experienced indigenous drilling contractor, with a fleet of four swamp drilling rigs that have achieved five million man-hours without a lost time incident, while operating with a 97% indigenous workforce. The company has provided drilling and completions services to all the major international oil companies operating in Nigeria.

Qualification

First Class or Second Class Honours Degree in any Engineering discipline within the last three years
